Re: ported out after 4 years Yeah, I will dispute it. They said their records show that number is still active with them, which is nonsense. They are a phone company, just call the number and see where it goes. Jeez.
Their record-keeping errors are a problem, but they aren't my problem. Their terms of service (section 6.6) clearly say they will terminate service when the number port is successful. So they can have fun trying to argue against my charge-back  |
