Your grammar and syntax tell me otherwise. I suspect you are a mere copywriter, for the likes of the 4-1-9 scammers, and phishers!

Weakest...Shill Attempt...Ever

Your spelling, grammatical and syntax errors make your shill post about as convincing as your average 419.

Have you considered that line of work? You would fit right in with the rest of the Lads from Lagos.

I got one in the mail today offering the cruise and a 1300 travel voucher. I was bored so I read through it, then tore it to pieces. Only thing that I saw that even could have made it seem legit was a "Porthole Award" from Cruise Magazine. I don't know if it exists or if it is legit but watch for it.

Hell, if all I had to do was pay the port fees, and everythign else is included, I'd take it, even if I had to sit 5 hrs listening to someone talk trying to sell me something I wouldn't buy any way.
Hell I have sat through sales pitches just for the free lunch. Never did have intention of changing suppliers, but hey, it's a free lunch!

My cruise offer came through a phone call stating that I won the cruise. All they wanted was my credit card info... Sorry I am not stupid. I asked to have the info sent in the mail the rep. stated that it is to expensive to mail things.
I was given a website to check out. www.caribbeancl.com
The site does not offer any prices for booking a cruise or phone numbers to call..Nothing
Believe it or not Carmen Electra is a spokesperson for this fake cruise line go figure.

Wow! We obviously have a few people in the dark on this forum. If you do a little research, you will find that the Caribbean Cruise Line is real and so are the offers. Try going on BBB.org You will find their rating is a B+. The 2 day cruise is free. You will have to pay your port taxes for 59.00 per person for 2 people which goes to the government. All of your food, inside stateroom cabin and on board entertainment will be included. They do have an "Extended Stay Package". That includes 3/2 in Ft. Lauderdale at the Ramada and the Sheridan Hotels, 3/2 in Orlando, FL with a car rental (yes, it was a subcompact) from Budget and Alamo Rent a Car for $538.00. Yes, there was a timeshare tour. I told them no (about 3 times). I filled out a survey and I was on my way to a great vacation for very little money. I actually priced the vacation out individually. It came out to be roughly about $1700.00 I saved some money for a little bit of my time.

Thanks for your input, SHILL.

Now you can go back and tell your boss that you did what he told you to do.

Maybe someday you can get a meaningful job that somehow contributes to the improvement of mankind.

The mail from them is worth about as much as the comment from post #48 (researcher70). Both should be treated as refuse. At least you can do something good for the planet by recycling their mail. That's about all it's good for.

This whole thread is research. BTW, what are you going to do with your $3.88 (roughly what you would receive, if your boss paid you 2 cents a word for your ad copy)!

Well that $3.88 or whatever will NOT be going towards a cruise on one of those cruises lol.

Ahaha, thank god I researched this. I, like all 18-year olds, am awfully naive and actually considered this. Mmm, the internet is a fantastic resource. I'm going to use this "voucher" to fuel my fireplace. I'm a hell of a lot better off sitting in snowy Colorado by the fire with a hot chocolate than blowing money I don't have on a pathetic excuse for a cruise on the other side of the country. Thanks to everyone, by the way.

I got one of these in the mail today and I tried to call the number from my cell and it would dial and connect then after being connected for 4 seconds, the call would end. There was no ring tone or anything. I decided to google it so I could try to find another number to call and find out how they got my information and how much money it was really going to cost. That's when I found this website. So I read some of the posts and tried to check out some of the websites that are posted in here and I ended up google searching the address. This is what comes up...
WOW!!! That's weird that Lisa Curtin and associates is offering me a free cruise from some Caribbean cruise line that I've never even heard of much less entered to win a free cruise. SO GLAD I FOUND THIS SITE!!! Thanks to everyone who helped raise my young single mother concerns because I cannot afford to be scammed out of what little money we do have.
Big thanks.

Re: [Scam] Cruise line mail?

I just got it today... only mine looked a little different... They were also offering this extended stay thingie that sounded fantastic, until you got to the end of the call and they told you that you had to pay $400 per freakin person. I told them no way for the extended thing, but looked into the actual "free cruise". They want $118 dollars for port charges, which really doesn't seem like much, but I'm kinda scared it's fake... I mean 118 dollars is a lot with four kids and a car, insurance, and a house payment.. I reallllllllllly want to do it, but I don't want to regret it, know what I mean? I just wish I knew someone PERSONALLY who had done this, but I don't... just makes me nervous..

Okay, so I did some more digging and found out that you can actually check if they are really a Florida Registered Seller of Travel thru Florida's Dept of Consumer Services. Surprisingly, they are. Not surprisingly, they have 85 complaints so far this year. I'm think I'm gonna be safe rather than sorry and continue being bored in Indiana. Jeez, for 118 bucks, I can take all four kids to Chuck E Cheese's and have a mommy break AND 4 worn out munchkins by the end of the night. Man, why can't anything that sounds to good to be true actually BE true.
I wish I never checked the mail today...
