I am pro gamer and i cant even have a stable ping/latency.....i pay for a service i hardly ever get WTF?? im switching to suddenlink cable pretty soon..seems like every time i have a competition..my ISP sucks...i have had enough of this crap almost 2 years of trying to get my service right and ....nothing but more headaches screw this. |

| reply to rayzor622 I've never had an issue with latency on my connection aside for one routing issue to one specific server. Have you ever called in for support on the issue, or done a pathping to see where the packet loss is? Or are you just assuming that it's the ISP's fault and they won't do anything to fix it? |

| reply to rayzor622 I have to take rayzor622's side on this. I have an extreme latency issue monthly and calls to Embarq yield absolutely no results aside from a waste of time and splitting headache. I also have to agree that I'm paying for a service that I don't seem to be getting. |
