I am pro gamer and i cant even have a stable ping/latency.....i pay for a service i hardly ever get WTF?? im switching to suddenlink cable pretty soon..seems like every time i have a competition..my ISP sucks...i have had enough of this crap almost 2 years of trying to get my service right and ....nothing but more headaches screw this. |

I've never had an issue with latency on my connection aside for one routing issue to one specific server. Have you ever called in for support on the issue, or done a pathping to see where the packet loss is? Or are you just assuming that it's the ISP's fault and they won't do anything to fix it? |

I have to take rayzor622's side on this. I have an extreme latency issue monthly and calls to Embarq yield absolutely no results aside from a waste of time and splitting headache. I also have to agree that I'm paying for a service that I don't seem to be getting. |
