Re: Turned off service? It's not a personal decision to cut you off. The billing system has a timer and once your account reaches a specified day it will automatically cut your service. It will even disconnect the Mayors account if he goes past due also. It does not care who you are. Your account reached a specified day without payment. Don't take it personal against Insight.
I'm the same way. I pay on time almost everytime, but once in a while something slips through the cracks. |
