I haven't been able to find (maybe I'm just blind) what the upload rate increase is, assuming there is one.

1 edit		 Here in Ontario, the Extreme Tier is 10Mb down/1Mb up whereas the one below (Express is it?) is 7Mb down/512Kb up.
