If it comes with a manual maybe check and see if its listed in it. If all else fails try calling 100 number and ask TM or email them at help[at]tm.com.my

How about trying the usual username passwords eg
Username: tmadmin Password: tmadmin
Username: admin Password: admin
Username: admin Password: password
