(I went to NE Tech in '94-'96. I know the area, lived on Sandy Lane and was awaken up by TF Greene on Sundays after visiting a few of Kent County's establishments and 'Kent's stores'. Connimicut was quieter. ) |

kudos:5 | NE Tech is expanding. They bought the new headquarter building in East Greenwich originally intended for Brooks Drugs before they were bought out and moved elsewhere.
Facility is currently unused, probably pending resolution of issues raised by opposing property abutters.
I do know the Warwick campus is first-class, and when I visit there for meetings periodically, it seems all the people I see are focused rather than aimless.
And if the Rhode Island Airport Corporation has its way and expands the runways, Conimicut residents will have their chance to complain about the noise too.
