Re: WTB New Lapton for Grandson If you have any info on what courses he would take at the college; you could inquire at the school if they recommend Macs for their coursework; frequently for graphic design Macs are the preferred choice and he can get substantial discounts thru the school. Unfortunately Mac laptops aren't gaming platforms so a compromise will have to be made. Let us know what you find out. |

The macbooks have a weak video system and small 13" screen.
The mac book pro has as 9500 / 9600 256 - 512 video card. |
