Just as fast and reliable as a T-1 and we activaly monitor the circuit 24x7

Same type of SLA as a T-1 and faster response and install time as we can usually have it up and running within a couple days notice.

We did do this in the past, but it turned into to many false positive type issues, where we spent time and money trouble shooting a non-issue (power related, user turning CPE off, etc.) I hope you find what you are looking for.

Thanks for your honest response. However, I understand the possibility of equipment failure at our premise but we have had outages caused by bad equipment at the carrier's premise that was proactively repaired before we could report the outage. Because we had 24/7 monitoring we were notified about this outage and the steps being taken to resolve it. We would like the ISP to at least investigate up to a certain point in the network to find out where the circuit went down. We also get reports on latency. It is this type of monitoring that I was asking about.
