Re: Ultra Speed Tests and Installation Reviews ONLY Ultra was installed today in my apartment in Hoboken, NJ. Install took around 45 minutes, mostly waiting on dispatch to confirm settings. Tech's were friendly (1 installer, 1 guy getting trained). Supposedly I was the first install in their district.
Tech had the Cisco modem connected directly to his laptop, and it reached 98/14 right off the bat.
I've got it plugged into a router (Netgear WNR3500 - gig), so my speed is a little reduced now.
Overall, I'm very happy with the service and it meets my expectations.
