I bet this is clear at the bottom of the To Do list with the divestiture. With all Big 10 markets except Penn State going to Frontier, almost all driving force to bring it to everyone goes with it. Not that there isn't Big 10 alum spread over the East Coast, but I don't think it's high enough to make it something high in demand.
