I set the RWIN to 284060. I had an issue opening internet explorer at the higher setting. It would freeze when I tried to open it. Here's the latest tweak: »/tweakr/block:···a=normal
My latest speed tests from Speakeasy were between 16000kb/s and 19000 kb/s down, and 4000-5000 up.
I did a speedtest thru Netaccess here on DSLReports.com My results from that were: 12724/5112 Kbps
What do you think? I still don't seem to be getting near the 30mb download speed I'm supposed to. Would it helped if I bought more RAM for my computer. I've been wanting to do that anyways. I only have 512 mb of RAM that came with the computer. I was thinking of buying two 1mb chips and installing. Would that help?
