Well I spoke to several Comcast Techs over the past week, as well as the project manager at the corporate office in Philly, and basically at this point Toms River and Vineland are the last two towns to be switched over to Docis 3.0. Both towns are listed as To Be Determined, but that it will definately be finished by the end of June 2009.

The Motorola SB6120 modems will be the modem for rental. This modem is backwards compatible with Docis 2.0, 1.1, and 1.0 systems. Its what I own and currently am using.
