ptrowski, I am afraid no one is as solid as PhonePower.
I used their service while I was in Canada…work flawlessly (have to love click2Call).
They have been hands down the best VOIP I have had. My HT502 has been trouble free.
When I travel the world, all I want is trouble free calling (for wife & all) and PhonePower has given me that.
Being one who had and has both services....PhonePower runs circles around ViaTalk...ViaTalk simply has more problems then what its worth...They are rude, inconsiderate, and have no problem charging you when you owe a dime but when they owe you...lol...thats a different story...better just go and put it in your wait bin!! PhonePower is cheaper and much more reliable than ViaTalk hands down....Don't make a mistake and sign with ViaTalk...Go with reliability...Go with Phone Power!!!
