You do happen to know you get get the phone at likes of BestBuy or Radioshack and not have to deal with mail-in rebate. The Pre is being released 2 days before the announcement of the new iPhone.
In august the pre is also coming to Canada and Australia and it has been guessed that Sprint will have exclusiveness for ~ 6 months. Also been rumored that in a few months a 16 version will be available but for that only time will tell.
I will be switching from my current provider to Sprint for the Pre.
