reply to googlejesus While I've never sued a HughesNet connection I have a Comcast line at my apartment. I'm pretty sure Hughes customers will think they've died and gone to heaven with the speeds I get on there. Customer service leaves something to be desired at times but I wouldn't switch to Hughes if I had ANY other option (including dialup) unless they offered it to me for free, including installation and setup.
