[Wired] WHR-HP-G54 w/Tomato v1.23.1607 connected to Satellite in

I'm looking for some help regarding the following issue:

I have a Buffalo WHR-HP-G54 w/ Tomato v1.23.1607 installed connected to an iDirect3100 Satellite modem (I am deployed to Afghanistan). I am running a Netgear ProSafe16 16 port switch off of the router and a D-Link DES1024 switch off the Netgear switch. Up until about five days ago, everything worked perfectly. Now, none of the people I have connected to the switch have access to the internet. My satellite internet connection snr is 12.5 or greater so I know that part of the equation works (I am connected directly to the router and have internet). It as if the router has stopped talking to the switches to allow people access to the internet.

I am also running two servers, with Microsoft Server 2000, controlling 5.5TB of data on a "shared drive". The two servers are connected to the router. Again, up until about five days ago, everyone could access the shared drive as well, so the router is not allowing access to the "shared drive" through the switches either.

I am filtering by MAC address, through Tomato, to block people not on the internet system (20), and running 22 people on the internet itself with access to the shared drive as well.

I have tried four new switches, a new iDirect 3100 modem, and even replaced all of the cables I can. I'm pretty much stuck at this point, so I'm looking for any help I can get regarding this problem.

Thank you!
