Try pushing the RWIN up to 321200 and see what that does.

Tweak Test: »/tweakr/block:···a=normal

The OptOnline/test512 now jumps up to 2MB/sec download much faster, too. However, it does drop down now and again. But given the time I'm typing this, it may be that one of my roommates is on.

Try this for a couple of days and see how it goes. If you start having issues back the RWIN down to 256960.
