When was the last time your electricity went out for more than an hour on a regular basis? When was the last time you considered installing a water tank because you can't depend on the public water working? When was the last time you called the police, and when was the last time you called and they told you they were too busy to come? When was the last time you had to run a roadblock because you feared for your life?
