TMO prepaid is able to roam on all TMO roaming providers TMO has free of charge. That's not the case with ATT. You can't roam with their prepaid plan, and if you look at their network map, you'll see that ATT's native network really isn't that much larger than TMO's. -- "What makes us omniscient?
