I also found out that we could use your current Qwest loop if needed, So you would just have to pay the port charge. It's also called the LSO. For an example 515-243 is DESMIADT near me. If I am getting a quote for any address served from that physical wire center no matter what their real telephone number is I can provide 515-243 and it will be quoted correctly. That doesn't help at all for distance sensitive products like Ethernet over Copper or DSL but is fine for DS1 and DS3.]]></description>

Land line phone numbers are used to determine local central office which is necessary to develop local loop pricing. That is generallly similar for QC (local dialtone) and QCC (PRI, Internet, etc). That does limit you to Qwest bandwidth though. It might be easier to talk to whomever sold you the bandwidth in the first place.]]></description>

IP space is a few class C's if I remember correctly (doing this secondhand) and would be preferable, though not required, to keep it (probably would mean staying with Qwest as the ISP for the connection).<br><br>Link is at about 70% of capacity at last check, so could move to 40 Mbit Ethernet if there was a substantial price difference between that and a DS3.
