But when they go to ask the judge for punitive fines, wouldn't they be better served asking for a subpeona? The judge, having never heard of me or my supposed crime, would not feel obligated to fine or punish me to the fullest extent as he is probably just as surprised as I was at the intrusion I'm a half full kinda guy hehe and the few dealings with judges Ive had suggests they are usually on the right side of the judgement.. whether it's the determination or punitive phase.
