@cablelynx.com | About Time!! I had a horrible time with Hughesnet! I am one of those living in a rural area, having no other internet option at the time. They totally ripped me off.
They cancelled my internet service for 24 hours because I downloaded software for my iphone and it exceeded my download limit for the day! What???????
It was slower than dialup. When I tried to cancel my service they charged me an arm and a leg and said I breeched contract. When I asked to see the contract because I never got one (therefore never signed one) they told me they really didn't have a contract......?????????
When I asked to speak to the manager they told me there was no direct line to the main office. I asked for a mailing address and they said they couldn't give me that information.
