SE Cable and PenTeleData is well known for their cappage.
I'm quite surprised you haven't mentioned this!
I have had no problems at all with caps.. Been using the service for 4 years with 4 computers and 2 teenagers in the house....
not once have I been warned or anything
I can look at my last 4 months of bandwidth on the website and I average about 250Gb a month ...I have been as high as 350.. so maybe its just in NJ they do it..they certainly are not known for it where I am

I've not had any run-ins with SE Cable either, and I have gone over the cap when I was on 10M service (with a 40G cap).
But I know people on blue ridge cable in PA who have had problems with PenTeledata writing them letter after letter and making all sorts of threats when the cap is exceeded.
