| New To Outlook 2007
Stopped arguing with my kids and grand kids and upgraded from Office 2000 to Office 2007. Now I've run into something I need help with. In Outlook 2000 I was able to add multiple signatures to email messages. In Outlook 2007 when I have one signature added each subsequent sig cancels the previous one. I'm assuming there is a setting I need to change but haven't found it yet, anyone able to help me out with this one? Thanks, |

| reply to J Moss Can't be done, as per Microsoft:

Their suggestion is that you create signatures with the combined information. |

1 edit | reply to J Moss Here is a workaround if you want to add the signatures individually as opposed to just selecting the group that you want from your signature list. You can use autocorrect entries to add the various signatures.
Open an email message with all the signatures you might want displayed. Then select the first signature. Do not copy this to the clipboard.
Now click the round windows button and click the editor options button on the bottom right. Select proofing and then click the AutoCorrect options button
If you have done this properly, you should see the beginning of your formatted text in the "with box" with the radio button "formatted text" selected.
Simply put in a code in the replace box that you will use to execute the signature. Then click "add." You might use .sig1 for instance. Rarely if ever does a letter immediately follow a period. Whenever you type .sig1, that will be replaced with your signature. Now repeat the steps for any of the other signatures you might desire. |
