| So... As much as it pains me to say it, the CRTC is never going to rule in favor of the smaller ISPs. I work at one, and nearly everyone has come to accept the inevitability of UBB and to deal with the throttling issue. The only thing that sucks now is Bell can offer faster speeds while keeping resellers at 5Mb. This is going to effectively put many business OUT of business. |
