Renewal time....Acanac PM please help

How exactly does this happen?

I had retention@acanac.net call me about a month before my renewal was up. I asked them to call back when the renewal was actually due. Never got the call. Instead (and this method is ok and actually makes sense), i had no internet access, I called technical support and they told me I needed to renew. Also let me back in the net which was very nice of them.

However how exactly do I renew? I've been unsuccessful at actually talking to an actual individual in billing. Do they ever actually get on the phone and explain options? I've requested a call a few times through email and explained I likely want to pay monthly and also asked for an explanation between the offerings of Acanac and Velcom. No luck so far.

Has anyone been through this? Very frustrating..
