Has anyone had any problems in the louisville area with their broadband? My IP address changed on Sunday night around 11:15pm and ever since then I have had spotty service at best. Here is the monitor I have set up from this site:

Anyone else having issues?
Out in the Shelbyville Area (Same Headend) and I have not been seeing any problems. You running the 20.0 or 10.0 service, those go back to different servers?

Hey Singular,

Thanks for the response. I am on the 10.0 service. Whatever has happened seems to revolve around the IP address changing. The weird part is this has happened before and it seems like it was when my address changed before.

Any thoughts?

To be honest I am not sure, but if it is centering around just an IP address I would say that it has something to do with the routing at the headend. Get in contact with InsightTech 5 or Paul and they should be able to get you going in the right direction.
