Thanks for the response. I am on the 10.0 service. Whatever has happened seems to revolve around the IP address changing. The weird part is this has happened before and it seems like it was when my address changed before.

To be honest I am not sure, but if it is centering around just an IP address I would say that it has something to do with the routing at the headend. Get in contact with InsightTech 5 or Paul and they should be able to get you going in the right direction. |
