Especially since addresses in the Former WOH area -- now MidOhio and several addresses in NEO do not have Elink services available according to the Elink site. Since no one but the exec's. at TW and EL seem to have a have a copy of the agreement between the two, one suspects that EL wants nothing to do with areas where TW has made recent acquisitions, or where they have otherwise found that cable service is not fully mature.

Not required. The lower federal court decision was overturned in 6/05 by the US Supreme Court. All that now exists is a mutually advantageous agreement between the two.

The thing is TWC has it listed on their site but Elink doesn't have anything about cable modem anymore. Nothing about Comcast and nothing about Time Warner. It's all HughesNet, DSL and Dial-up.
