Thanks a lot.
For me I had to run in two steps:
1. go to - C:\WINDOWS\system32\Macromed\Flash and run - NPSWF32_FlashUtil.exe. This will install FlashUtil10b.exe.
2. run FlashUtil10b.exe.

It fix it all.
