I'm just wondering if there is something unique in upgrading the service that might also increase the speed. If not, then I'm out of luck as everything else has been tried by me and by AT&T Technicians over the years.

If I can't get near max speed at basic service, is there any point in trying to upgrade to one of the higher services?

Lastest speed tests were about 300Kbps down and 312Kbps up.

I've had this DSL connection for many many years and had lots of problems over the years with connection speed.
