As has been said many times, todays internet requires lots more bandwidthe than it used to.... I suspect that cogeco does actually realise this fact, and is just wanting to cash in on it... |

 | As I explained in another thread I wire peoples homes for phone, dsl and voip.
Lately when I get a Cogeco customer I have been doing a quick survey if they know about the caps and understand what it means.
Not one, other than a teenage son, had a clue. I wouldn't want to be working the phones at Cogeco there when the bills start going out and people start calling in. |

I'm skeptical of it's accuracy as well. For example it's reporting one of my days as 0 both ways which obviously is not correct. Other days it reports the usage extremely high. The bandwidth page is also barely ever working most of the time it says it's unavailable. |
