I got CV, literally days before they stopped accepting new customers. I got 4 accounts with them, hence 2 ATAs. Now those boxes will be bricked soon. Does any one knows how can they be unlocked ? My service will go away in about 2-3 weeks; can't find any one in Call Vantage able or willing to give me the password(s). I explained that I will pay for the full price of the device, but they seem that they could not care less... Can any one point me where I may get the info ? Thank you in advance.
I can only offer the same advice that I offered about two weeks ago to another poster in this forum who started a similar thread (six threads below yours):
The short answer is that even if CallVantage gave you the access code, it most likely could not be used for any other VoIP service because it was designed for remote provisioning.
