| I should also mention that it was working with no problems for 3 years. The issues with dropped connections started a couple of days ago, and don't coincide with any changes to our phone/DSL/computer setup. |

MTU is just one thing listed as a possibility in the FAQ. I suggest that you reread the FAQ. If you look at the FAQ and read all the supporting links you will see that the Modem is not listed as a possibility for your symptoms.
