Was your VOIPo number one from them? Or was it one you ported in?
I tried hype-O for a few days and had to abandon them due to firewall issues. To their credit, tech support tried to work it out, but then I went to CallCentric and it worked right off the bat. Leads me to believe that my issue was more than just a firewall issue. |

| It was a VOIPo provided number. They tried a lot with me too but when they couldn't solve it, it was determined to be unsolvable and on my end. No issues with CC or with QV (they were just too expensive).
