Re: Trying to portforward but can't connect to my modem I was trying to connect to the default IP given by portforward.com. I found the gateway IP in my network and this worked.
I'm trying to port forward to my Xbox 360, the problem now is that the Xbox is not showing up in the LAN Device drop down box which shows the computers on my network. There should be four devices total, two computers, a phone line (Vonage) and the 360. It is showing six devices, four are names (two of those our pc's) and these two: YOUR-780C524461 and DD1S7Q31. I don't know what the other two names are. |

The Gateway IP is not necessarily the one for the GUI.
I repeat, what IP address did you use? (I'm not going to go mucking about in portforward.com to see what it says.) |
