| Just Wait!  How long will it be before King John sends out a bus load of police to break down the door of one of the ISP's and rip out their equipment. That will send a warning to the other ISP's. Maybe John should change his name to Joe McCarthy, another demagogue!

You issue an injunction, if they don't comply you have the town judge order the sheriff to go and enforce, and arrest the whole Central Office/Datacenter/Headend if they don't comply, or issue exponentially increasing fines until you can confiscate equipment (bank accounts out of jurisdiction) to pay for the fines. |

While he was a demagogue, he was a relatively harmless one. He had no connection with the damaging "House Committee on Un-American Activities" (often incorrectly "acronymed" as, "HUAC").

| Please re-read my comments. Sen. Joe McCarthy was a Senator, not a Representative. He had zip-all to do with the HCUA (your first link). That was damaging, yes. But not his baby.
The list he gave in his "Wheeling" speech (your second link) was not a black list, per se. He gave speeches (demagogue). His worst acts were investigations of VoA and IIA. He had nothing to do with what the HCUA did, or what happened in Hollywood.
