Tried several times today.  Granted the line could be actually busy but I don't think invalid would show up on status page.  Call doesn't make it to VT cp.<br><br>Went to speed dial *01 and it worked went back to speed dial *04 and it worked.<br><br>Seems this started shortly after outbound routing could be related.<br><br>Other possiblity is the back end database is being overloaded dealing with the outbound call routing rules and timing out.]]></description>

This plan inserts 1919 to the start of any 7 digit dialing -therefore my ATA dials 11 digits instead of 7.<br><br>7 digits may have been a temporary issue, as no longer having this issue on Line 2 which allows 7 digit dialing.]]></description>

Things were working great for a while, then all of a sudden something changes somewhere that their system cannot resolve without a call to customer support.<br><br>Come on Viatalk, please resolve the reliability problems with your system!]]></description>

I will report back here if that seems to help.]]></description>
