Confused about my new Shaw bill

I recently upgraded my Shaw bundle from Lite Speed to High Speed and was told there was a $11 increase. But I did the math and it increased by $14.95. Am I overpaying?

Billing-Basic Cable 33.95 $33.95
Billing-Additional Outlets 5.00 $38.95
Billing-Bundle Discount 19.90- $19.05
Billing-High-Speed Lite Intern 24.95 $44.00
Billing-Fairchild/Talentvision 18.95 $62.95
Billing-Shaw Digital Terminal 2.95 $65.90
Billing-Provincial Tax 1.89 $67.79
Billing-G.S.T. 3.30 $71.09
Change In Service-Basic Cable 33.95- $37.14
Change In Service-Additional O 5.00- $32.14
Change In Service-Bundle Disco 19.90 $52.04
Change In Service-High-Speed L 24.95- $27.09
Change In Service-Fairchild/Ta 18.95- $8.14
Change In Service-Basic Cable 33.95 $42.09
Change In Service-Additional O 5.00 $47.09
Change In Service-Bundle Disco 16.95- $30.14
Change In Service-Fairchild/Ta 18.95 $49.09
Change In Service-High-Speed I 46.95 $96.04
Change In Service-Internet Pro 5.00- $91.04
Change In Service-Internet Pro 7.05- $83.99
Change In Service-Provincial T 0.90 $84.89
Change In Service-G.S.T. 0.65 $85.54

I also noticed down the 5th line of the "Change In Service", there's $8.14 remaining. Where is that figure coming from?

If anybody could help explain my bill for me, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Shaw has the most confusing billing system of any company I've ever dealt with. I'm a smart guy, and even I'm convinced at times that I'm overpaying. The month-ahead billing scheme, coupled with changes in my service along with recent rate hikes make for horrific bills. I guess its just me since I dont seem to hear similar stories from others, but I just shrug and pay them now, still convinced I'm paying too much every month.

I've had other cable companies over the years and those bills were about as confusing as Shaw's. Either it's the same system and/or the nature of the beast.

I look at the total and if it doesn't bother me I pay it.

Did you change service in the middle of a billing cycle? The way they bill for a month in advance, you're probably paying the $11 increase for the NEXT billing cycle PLUS $3.95 for a partial month of new service in the CURRENT billing cycle.
