The way they bill for a month in advance, you're probably paying the $11 increase for the NEXT billing cycle PLUS $3.95 for a partial month of new service in the CURRENT billing cycle. |

I've had other cable companies over the years and those bills were about as confusing as Shaw's. Either it's the same system and/or the nature of the beast.
I look at the total and if it doesn't bother me I pay it. |

Shaw has the most confusing billing system of any company I've ever dealt with. I'm a smart guy, and even I'm convinced at times that I'm overpaying. The month-ahead billing scheme, coupled with changes in my service along with recent rate hikes make for horrific bills. I guess its just me since I dont seem to hear similar stories from others, but I just shrug and pay them now, still convinced I'm paying too much every month. |
