pfk505 : Shaw has the most confusing billing system of any company I've ever dealt with. I'm a smart guy, and even I'm convinced at times that I'm overpaying. The month-ahead billing scheme, coupled with changes in my service along with recent rate hikes make for horrific bills. I guess its just me since I dont seem to hear similar stories from others, but I just shrug and pay them now, still convinced I'm paying too much every month.
