That will send a warning to the other ISP's. That will work. You issue an injunction, if they don't comply you have the town judge order the sheriff to go and enforce, and arrest the whole Central Office/Datacenter/Headend if they don't comply, or issue exponentially increasing fines until you can confiscate equipment (bank accounts out of jurisdiction) to pay for the fines. |
