My SNR for both tuners hovers around 37db and is listed as Good. 5 second error count is 0000 as well. I removed my only small splitter. I had Insight reset the box,which helped,but some channels are still choppy.The problem is,my other DVR exhibits no symptoms.It was recently reformatted remotely by Insight.
I'm at a real loss,and I am not going to have a lot of patience with this issue.
