Qwest is actually still the ISP. When you look at the modem's login info & password, it has a qwest.net login name

Qwest is actually still the ISP. When you look at the modem's login info & password, it has a qwest.net login name
only for the first time. after that it is your own user name ([first name first two letter] [first name] [bunch of numbers] )and password.
