Then i got a letter stating I would need a new modem to continue service so I picked it up at my local office. Here is a copy of the letter.

I have all services from Comcast. Internet, phone, and HD video w/3 box's.
By the way, they surge way above 30Mbps on a regular basis!

I pay $52.95 for Blast and it would cost me $62.95 if I upgraded to Ultra. I have another Comcast service or I would pay more, of course. That is correct. They actually lowered the price as it was 69.95/month a few months ago for the blast tier for me.
