[BC] Shaw Server Connect issues, anyone else having problem?

Shaw has admitted there is other issues with Shaw Server Connect (minus my 2.5Mbps up which has been finally resolved).

The modem will randomly loose sync with the network and reboot, Shaw said they'd have someone in business services contact me regarding the problem - This hasn't happened yet.

I've swapped out the modem, all my levels are good and my digital terminal stays connected (Got one of the TSR to check and he said it's been connected for 30 days+). My modem is also on a UPS.

Anyone else experiencing issues with Shaw Server Connect? What has Shaw told you? Are they giving you the run around with some TSRs like they have been with me?

Re: [BC] Shaw Server Connect issues, anyone else having problem?

For the last week or so, my internet would go down for about a half hour to an hour once or twice a day. I called Shaw and they say they are not AWARE of any work that's being done in my area. Says levels are good (whatever that means) and just booked a service call for me. I'm in the Vancouver East area. I don't know if this is related to what you mean. Sorry if it's not.

Cheers

Are you on the Shaw Server Connect package? If not (which clearly I stated), then no. It is not related.
