pfak : Shaw has admitted there is other issues with Shaw Server Connect (minus my 2.5Mbps up which has been finally resolved).

The modem will randomly loose sync with the network and reboot, Shaw said they'd have someone in business services contact me regarding the problem - This hasn't happened yet.

I've swapped out the modem, all my levels are good and my digital terminal stays connected (Got one of the TSR to check and he said it's been connected for 30 days+). My modem is also on a UPS.

Anyone else experiencing issues with Shaw Server Connect? What has Shaw told you? Are they giving you the run around with some TSRs like they have been with me?
--
Xenophase - British Columbia's premier online gaming community.
