Re: Wowway Highspeed Internet/Phone I had a similar problem with my voice modem and BT causing the modem to reboot when maxed out. I showed them it happening, and they put on a test modem and it didn't do it, so they put it on my account. All I can say is have them try another modem. WOW only has one kind of phone modem, but there are some with newer hardware, I think or some of them take the DOCSIS 2.0 software better than the older ones. Any way, all you can do is have another tech come out and get him to swap it again if it's still doing it. It's a PITA, but there isn't much that we can do to help you out. |

| Out of curiosity is there any way they can have one modem dedicated to a phone and one modem dedicated to my internet? i know this sounds wierd but i've pretty much exhausted all my possiblities and am getting very frustrated > |

Utica, MI | That's a good question. I've never had to ask them that. You could give it a shot, but you'd have to ask a local tech, not a person on the phone, they'd never know. |
