I don't have access to the equipment until tomorrow afternoon (it's 8.04pm now) so I'll try updating the driver, maybe also the firmware when I can tomorrow.
Do you have a wireless adapter on a machine you can access now? If so, can you possibly take a screenshot of where you select WPA2 authentication?

That's quite different to the screen I use on XP (which I'll assume you know). The XP equivalent of that field only shows the 3 things I mentioned before, Open, WPA and WPA-PSK. Do you think updating the driver/firmware may add WPA2 to that list? I guess I'll find out tomorrow.

OK the screenshots from SoonerAl have confirmed that the laptop I'm using currently can't use WPA2, so I'll wait until I can update driver/firmware tomorrow, otherwise I'll probably start going in circles.

Thanks for the help so far guys, hopefully it will be concluded tomorrow.
