[netopia] Netopia 3346ENT lockups

I have been chasing a problem with a netopia 3386 where it locks everybody out around 11 pm almost every night.

-It is on a UPS
-I have been dumping all traffic to a linux server syslog and have noticed no odd traffic

Netopia , ehm Motorola, support is useless.

Help!

 I have 3346N but not the Enterprise firmware.

Are you able to tell if it is router hanging or if it is loss of DSL connection? How do you fix the connection?

If it is loss of DSL it may be due to noise on phone line or crosstalk. Is DSL shared with voice? If so how it voice quality? Any noise or crosstalk? If so call voice repair not the DSL ISP.
